+ -1 moreI was expecting to be highly inconvenienced for a long time while all the roofs, including mine were being replaced. I was amazed at how fast and efficient this roofing team was from start to finish. I have never seen anything like it. They worked like a well oiled machine, and then before I knew it, poof they were gone! Well done, well done!!!

+ 2 moreA great finished product (concrete installation on the side of our home), good care of the construction site and timely delivery. We couldn't have asked for more.
Description of Work: Lance Roberts from LR Contracting provided unparalleled professionalism in both diagnosing the issues with shifts in our foundation and exterior walls, and in recommending the right solution. We spoke with several contractors to determine what steps to take to address the problem, and Lance made several visits to our home (including bringing back the structural engineer) to ensure that we were making the right fix - and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. He and his team were engaged from the start through the end of the project, which was performed exactly to the description he provided. Lance also kept us up to date on adjustments to timing for site work based on weather conditions, so we'd know what to expect.

Description of Work: I had them replace my roof. The insurance company initially refused to pay any part of the hail damage. LR's rep, Martin, went to bat for me and ultimately succeeded in having them agree to pay most of the bill. I am delighted.

+ -1 moreou are denied by insurance it's not necessary to hire a Public Adjuster. We had our roof inspected on June 2, 2013 with our adjuster and LR Contracting, the Public Adjuster didn't come. At that time our insurance denied any storm damage. Had roof reinspected on August 28, 2013 and insurance adjuster said to close first claim and file a new one for the storm on August 22, 2013. On September ?, 2013 new inspection for new storm with Insurance Adjuster and LR Contracting was done. We received approval for roof repair not replacement. At that time when we received our check from insurance it wasn't enough for LR Contracting they wanted us to go into arbitration to ask for more money! Funny, as they sent an estimate into insurance asking for twice the amount and hoping to get half the amount which is want insurance issued!!!! BTW we never received a copy of that quote they sent to insurance and had never received an estimate from them period!!!! Also we were no longer working with the Public Adjuster whoworks with them and I knew that they were still working closely with this company so the last thing we wanted was to get involved with them again. Oh, and because there were so many things that happened with LR Contracting and the Public Adjuster (won't give name on them, will write a separte reveiw) there was no way we wanted to continue to work with LR Contracting. If we did go into arbitration then we would have to use the paint credit they gave us. We then contacted an attorney and the requirments for a binding contract were not met so we canceled our agreement with LR Contracting and hired a new Roofer that was able to replace our roof with a new one for the amount issued.
Description of Work: Inspected roof with insurance adjuster twice.
