This was a good experience. I had a general idea of the type of carpet I wanted. The salesperson was very helpful narrowing down my choices. I was not home for the installation, which was nice since I did not have to take off work. I know it took them most of the day. There was no damage to speak of. Everything seems to be good so far. The carpet looks nice.

It is cleaner and brighter than Home Depot. Instead of contractor-friendly it is geared more to amateur, do-it-yourself person friendly. They tend to charge a little more but I will use them again in the future.

I had a weekly battle with them for a long time, but I'm actually quite happy with them. They finally lived up to their agreement on the insurance plan on a refrigerator. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from them with a four-year warranty. The refrigerator was extremely problematic. It didn't make ice correctly. It dumped water all over my hardwood floors repeatedly. After many times coming out to work on it, they were able to get it to stop dumping water on my floor. Unfortunately, it started building up ice inside the refrigerator instead. This went on for almost two years. It seemed like every other month I was having somebody to come out to work on it. I was working with their protection plan people. While they were responsive, I was not pleased with their plan at all. I did go back and buy my new refrigerator from them because I was pleased with the overall experience, after everything got resolved.

The salesman was helpful in assisting us in picking out an unit that would fit our needs and our budget. They had a crew come over and install the opener. It works fine.

When I needed to replace the fence in my back yard, I purchased pre-assembled eight foot sections from Lowes. Lowes arranged for an installer to be on hand when the panels were delivered. The installer set the posts and then very efficiently attached the pre-fab panels. The fence looks great!

The staff at Lowes was helpful in color selection, pattern and what manufacturer to use. They recommended a good installer and he did a good job with the installation of the tile.

Lowes offered a good price on the carpet and also provided installation service. The work was done in a timely manner and the workmanship was very good.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, USED THEIR COMPUTER SIMULATION PROGRAMS TO HELP US DECIDE HOW TO DO IT, HOW MUCH WAS NEEDED AND HOW TO MATCH IT WITH THE OTHER FLOOR.
