Lowes was excellent in their price of the door and installation. Their customer service was outstanding in setting up the appointment and determining satisfaction after installation.

ORDERING WAS AWFUL. I HAD TO GO TO THE STORE TWICE TO GET SOMEONE TO CARE AND TAKE MY MONEY. CARPET QUALITY AND INSTALLATION WAS WONDERFUL. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT AT THAT LOWE'S!
