Good! It was an insurance claim but they came out quick and knocked it out in a day. They also did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

I met Marc by chance. I should say Fortune. Marc was outstanding. I have had work done on 3 homes around the country and I have never had the inclination to leave a review before. His company blew me away. To start, he was super up front about the job he was going to do, what could get covered and what my expectations could be. There were no hidden agendas or underlying goals beyond those he laid out in the first 5 minutes. I have received weekly calls and multiple messages per day from him. I have reached out to him, and he has always gotten back to me. The roof was outstanding. It’s beautiful. I climbed up to double check, having had issues before. It was immaculate. I am very pleased with the work. His crew was done in a day. They were very polite. There was no trash in my yard from the roof or from his guys (I wish I could say the same after my neighbors had their roof done). I have found no nails. I found one plastic cap. They were respectful of my plants out front and the rocks. They dug a few holes to place the ladder on solid ground and replaced the rocks after. This attention to detail was what stood out greatly to me. The painting was immaculate. I was well pleased as was my wife. They had no issues washing or painting. The guy doing the job grabbed wasp nests with his hand and threw them. He went around and caulked everything. He corrected a few handyman repairs I made and improved the overall look of my front patio tenfold. He was extremely polite and not at all intrusive. The paint was amazing. He came back to touch up a few areas my wife wanted touched up. 100% satisfied with the paint. No complaints about colors, contrasts or anything. Kloie came out to pressure wash and stain our fence. She was fantastic! We played 1000 questions as I asked her tips and tricks to preserve my fence in the future. She matched our color exactly! Kloie didn't try to pitch me something I didn't want. Instead she took a sample and came back with the exact stain we had. She was extremely personable and professional. Kloie finished the whole fence in a few hours. I am extremely pleased with the coverage and color. She replaced all the window screens that were damaged. Overall Losh was amazing. I met Marc by fortune. He said he would take care of everything and ensure I was set up. I cannot ask for more. He repaired the hanging wind sills in front of my windows and built me shutters himself. The whole experience was pain and frustration free. In a time when there was hail damage to half of Colorado, he coordinated and expedited everything. My only regret is that I did not run into him in 2015.
