LIBERTY HOME PRODUCTS

It went very well. Jorge and Ramon did a good job of the installation of our shades. We look forward to using the shades to knock a few degrees off the hot afternoon sun inside our west-facing family room. This is the third project we have undertaken with Liberty Home Products, and the result has been successful every time.

It was excellant from the sales person to the technician who measured awnings to the installation. I could not have had a better experience.

I had visited several booths recently at the Home and Garden Show at the Colorado Convention Center, with Liberty Home Products being one of them. A friend shared she had used Liberty Home Products in the past and was satisfied with the service she received. Her positive experience was the deciding factor in my hiring them for the home show special they were offering for a steel storm door. The process was very simple with a rep coming to my home to go over the deal; then someone came to measure the house door (no one needed to be available for this); and then a follow-up call from the showroom when the door was ready for install (approx. 1-2 weeks). The installer arrived within the timeframe I was given and was very professional, courteous and went right to work. Before leaving, he explained the locking system and changing out the glass for the screen. I had some difficulty with one of the keys and was able to catch him when he was about to drive away and he solved the situation immediately, at no time speaking down to me but being very courteous and respectful. I was so impressed by his behavior that I called their office to share this experience. I am very happy with the experience and can freely recommend Liberty Home Products to others.

We had a very positive experience with Liberty Home Products. We were looking to replace our old builder grade window well covers with something more functional and visibly appealing. We saw the style and color we liked and after the ordering process, we had the new cover in about 4 weeks. The color and style look great and with the optional cover locks we feel more secure as well. We would have no problem using Liberty again for future projects.

They did a really good job and we like the door. We looked around and they seem to have a really good flex. They really all have good quality. They have removal windows for screens to trade out. Only that they didn't provide was self-dooring of either glass or screen but it was okay. That worked out pretty good. They're really well installed. There really was no leak in there, around them at all. They did them specifically to the doors and made them exactly the fit. That would be the bearing. It keeps the cold out. They came and did everything and worked with us to be able to work with installation. They have good customer service and they're available. Their showroom was nice and had a lot of different once to view.

They were awesome! From the time we walked into the showroom in Lakewood through installation, they were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. We feel a lot safer having everything installed in our house. We thought the price was steep but the quality was well worth it. The bars do not stick out like a sore thumb either. We choose to get a design on the front windows to match our storm door. Even our neighbors loved it. They also come with a warranty. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Liberty did what they said they would do and per the claimed schedule.  We would gladly do business with Liberty again!

eed On of the covers had to be remade and they did that within a week. Every person we delt with in the company was very professional and easy to work with, I would recommend this copy to anyone who needs window well covers.

Great experience...purchasing, measuring, removal of old door, installation of new door and quality of new door...all great.

Not well at all...first called towards end of May and wanted to move forward asap.  Landon in sales office didn't send quote when requested...twice! Once I paid half for downpayment, never heard back despite my several messages on his voicemail and emails to Landon. Finally, on June 10, called and left message with whomever answered the phone.  Although Landon never called me back, their installer came out to my house unannounced (he was very nice, Chad I believe) and informed me they really messed this one up. He took the measurements, asked a couple important questions and left. Once he left, I called to inform a manager what's going on. I spoke with Kit and she was very nice and apologetic on the phone and told me that she would get them made and installed by the end of this week.  Just a few hours later, I got a call to schedule an installment date and the soonest was the following week.  I said that was unacceptable and asked the person to have Kit call me.  Well, she never called back but the installers called and said they could get me in Friday.  They did show up on Friday, the install was great - Chad again - the covers look wonderful but I would not use this service again - not worth it - there are many others more willing to have my business.  The only reason I did not cancel the service is because I accepted the terms and apology from Kit and in my mind, I wanted to hold my end of the bargain up regardless of the negligence of Liberty Home Products.  Had they not showed up on time, I would have canceled and fought tooth and nail for my down payment back.  DO NOT USE - NOT WORTH IT!!!

ALSO, at a later date, they needed to remove the solar shades so that we could install new windows.

The people in sales were very pleasant to work with, and the gentleman who came by to make measurements seemed very knowledgeable. There was a small problem with the initial order. The depth of the door frame had been measured, but somehow not accounted for during the construction of the door. When the first door was brought to the house for installation, it didn't fit properly. The door was sent back, and I was assured that this would be taken care of as soon as possible. This set back happened around the Winter holidays, and I didn't hear from the company for quite some time. When I finally called to check on my door, it appears that the paperwork had been misplaced during the holiday craziness. Eventually, the door was installed, and it is wonderful. While there was a miscommunication between the surveyor and the people in manufacturing, I attribute part of the issue I had with this company to the "end of the year" mayhem that might befall anyone. People are busy trying to balance work and personal, and the weather can be challenging. I would use their services in the future, but I may stay on them a little more about the timeline.

The sales person is personable and knowledgeable. They are prompt and provide high quality products.

They had a very good product, and there were absolutely no issues with installation. It is the first time I?ve had a storm guard installed with no issues with installation. It had steel frames and upgraded locks. The price as well as the workmanship was good. We even had to change order, and there was no problem at all. My friends had hired them too. I got Liberty Home Products about three more jobs since people were impressed with what they did in our house. They were very good.

Overall it was fine. I had expected the covers to be done a couple of weeks sooner based on the salesman's estimate but it wasn't really a problem. I did call t see when they would be ready and they scheduled the install for a few days later.

AFTER SPEAKING WITH JAY AT THE HOME SHOW, WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE, AND REC SAME ON FEB 28/08. NO PRESSURE AT ALL. THE PRODUCT SPOKE FOR ITSELF. TODAY, 3/13/08, THE DOOR WAS INSTALLED, THE INSTALLERS, RICK COTE AND ALEX ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION WITHIN ONE HOUR. CLEANED UP COMPLETELY AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE VERY POLITE AND HOSPITABLE. EXPLAINED ALL NEC DETAILS, AND GAVE US POINTERS IN TAKING CARE OF THE DOOR. WE WERE ABLE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD, 50 PERCENT AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND BALANCE ON COMPLETION OF JOB.
