+ -1 moreAFTER RECEIVING VARIOUS QUOTES OF GREATER COSTS, WITH PROPOSED ADDITIONAL WORK, THE LEAK FINDER FULLY DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM, EXPLAINED WHY A NUMBER OF THE QUOTES WERE FOR WORK NOT REQUIRED AND GAVE US A LOWER PRICE QUOTE. JOB COMPLETED IN LESS THAN 1 DAY.
Description of Work: REPAIR FLAT AREA OF ROOF AROUND SKYLIGHTS AND CHIMNEY. THE PREVIOUS OWNER FAILED TO INSTALL PROPER WATER BARRIER WHICH CAUSED WATER LEAK. PROBLEM DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED BY THE LEAK FINDER.
