This is the first time I've ever been prompted to write a bad review on Angie's after years of being a member... The work that they actually did was completely fine and I had no problem with the workers. The issue is getting them to answer your calls, give you an estimate, and get to your house to do the stuff. All summer they have routinely taken weeks longer than they said they would to do anything. I asked about having oaks planted, they told us they would complete the work within a week, 10 days later we follow up, they say another week, then another week goes by, now 4 wks after the estimate, they tell us there are no more oaks to be bought, but we could get a maple. I say fine, tell me about what maples are available, that was now weeks ago and no one answered that question. The other thing was that at the beginning of the summer, we agreed on a bundle of three months of work to be done, totally over 1k, and Joe said he'd give us 10% off all the work for ordering so much. Not one of the bills they sent throughout the summer reflected that and every time we'd have to go through this rigmarole reminding them what we'd agreed upon. Then today I get a voicemail from Joe saying "he doesn't know where I'm getting the 10% discount from." I saved the voicemail where he personally says that we'll get the 10% discount! So clearly they do not write things down or keep track of their accounts, very disorganized. We would never use them again.

Love Love Love Lawntech. Went through several services a summer for years before this great company was recommended to me about 7 years ago. They are professional, upfront about prices, responsive if there's a problem - which has been rare. They have been agreeable to special requests (two in six years). They have never broken anything in my yard (sculptures and furniture). Their prices are fair and all their people are incredibly polite. It's a small company and doesn't take on more than they can do effectively. My lawn always looks perfectly manicured - which the neighbors appreciate. One friend who is a yard snob changed her long time service because of how wonderful my yard always looks. Their work quotes are either on the nose, or below. Everyone I've recommended them to loves them. Thank you, Lawntech.

An obviously very experienced crew did great work.

Their rate is very competitive, they show up when they say they will,
and the lawn looks great.  They are great because they do it all: I will
have them fertilize, aerate, and trim trees in the next few weeks. 
They do have an option for organic fertilizer, which was important to
us.  They also do winter readiness.  They are polite and professional on
the phone.  The only issue I have with them is that whenever I have
left messages, I typically don't receive a call back.  I have found that
trying to call them again is the best way to communicate with them.

We appreciate their professionalism. We find them prompt in responding to requests. They have good customer service and they do good work. Once or twice we've had a few issues with a sprinkler head being knocked off but aside from that, everything they have done has been outstanding. The price is fine. We will continue to use them.
