I wouldn't hire this guy to build a dog house. He was constantly forgetting things, like the hurricane tie-downs, then calling the engineer to change the specs. He interrupted me with questions all day, and would then call us late at night. When the framing was about half-complete, I realized that the roof line would not line up correctly with the opposite wall. On the blue print, the wall was to be built at 9' 1 1/4". Larry unilaterally decided that this was a mistake, and built the walls 14" too short, without conferring with the homeowners, the architect, or the engineer. Consequently, everything from the foundation up had to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. Larry also used incorrect dimensions when setting the foundation footings, so the foundations for the fireplace and the front porch had to be corrected. Door headers were not built to code. He double-ordered doors and windows that we're now stuck with.
