Our house was on fire four weeks ago. We are in the process of interviewing a General Contractor. I tried to call Air Larraz few times and left the voice mails. I finally got a call from his secretary on the third attempt. He showed up at the appointment on the dot. However, he went through the house with me. He is ok, not unpleasant or anything. However, i explain that i would need him to write a quote so that Insurance could pay for it. I would like to have more house improvements and need another quote. I left him measuring the size of the master bathroom and master bedroom and went away for 5 mins. When i am back, he was no where to be found. 1. He didn't let me know that he was leaving or what he left with if any. He just vanished in my house. 2. I tried to call him after i searched down the house and could not find him, he did not pick up his phone. I know his phone works as i tried to call him back when he could not find my house at 9am. This has been one of the most interesting yet unpleasant experience.
