Walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. The person knew what was likely wrong and gave me an estimate for price and completion (both reasonable). I got a call later that day advising me they'd need a part that would cost a few dollars more and I said no problem. My computer was fixed before the official completion date and the price they quoted was exactly right. Excellent service - definitely would recommend and will use them again if needed.
