Do not do business with "Clark Bianco" under any circumstance. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and downright immature.

I checked out printer repair companies on Angies List. I placed a call to Adam's business, Lakewood Business Machines. I don't recall if I left a voicemail or if I actually spoke to someone. Adam called me back within an hour and I gave a brief discription of the problem I was experiencing. He said he would come by in a few hours. He came to my office and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said he would have to stop to get parts and he could come back the following Tuesday. He called me on Tuesday before he came, to be sure there would be someone in the office. He changed out the part and we haven't had any issues since.

They were excellent. They wanted a reasonable deposit. They called me, they were inexpensive and they did the best they could. It's a little hard to fix, but it work for 3-4 months. I appreciated them being upfront and honest with me and not charging me an arm and a leg. I also appreciated them calling me to explain.

I didn't realize that the problem was something that I could do myself. However, I was glad that they came because I needed the problem corrected quickly. We have been using them for a long time and they are always great and we never have any problems.
