LADY ELECTRIC

Our experience with Crystal from Lady Electric started out great, but then went quickly downhill. She was late to almost every appointment we had and ran over the estimated time from her original quote. She blamed her apprentice for her tardiness on the first day and then attributed the overrun on time to the fact that she was installing new breakers and attic lights for us at no charge (though we didn't ask for these services). She also got into a fight with a subcontractor who walked off the job swearing he'd never work for her again. That could have been on both sides, but regardless, it left a big hole in our wall for three days until she could find someone to fix it. The icing on the cake is that the second closet light she installed for us didn't work. We knew that when she completed the job, but she swore it was the light bulb. I went to Home Depot twice to buy new bulbs and neither worked. There is something wrong with her wiring, yet she didn't return repeated calls despite a written warranty. 
I would never work with her again.
