See above. Overall, very disappointing for a company with Hunter Douglas' reputation to assign cleaning to this company -- to our knowledge exclusively as its cleaner. Frankly that $300 would have bought one-half of a replacement blind. This was one more occasion when the economic solution was not a penny saved, penny earned. And LaNouvelle has not lived up to its tag line as "America's Best Cleaners." We need to add that a letter reporting all this to Hunter Douglas has gone unanswered. Apparently, HD has washed its hands of responsibility.
