 + 9 moreAfter John's initial communication and interest in the project, he completely disappeared. He ignored my emails asking for him to come out for a quote, and when I got him on the phone he would promise to call me back and never did. He answer the phone unprofessional and does not seem interested at all in hearing what I have to say. I hope he treats his customers with better professionalism. At the end, I simply asked him if he was ignoring my communication because this is a project he simply did not want to do.....he agreed, then laughed. Very unprofessional. At least respond to one of my emails so I can move on.
Description of Work: John reached out to me on the phone app Next Door about a construction project that I posted for my house.
