We have not got our cabinetry yet. So, far I would give them an A. I have been dealing with Todd, and I believe he is the owner. He was so responsive. He took every detail seriously and incorporated everything I wanted into the design. He never made me feel like I was a pain. He just took everything I wanted in my kitchen. He is just one of a kind. He found creative ways to do that in an inexpensive way. For instance, we got some fancy decorative art columns, and I could pick a glass to go in there whether I want a bubble glass with little dimples. It is kind of expensive to get it from the manufacturer, so, let us order it without the glass, and then, we can get the glass from a local glass dealer, cheaper. Things like that. He worked with me on price and accommodated my schedule during a very busy time for kitchen designers. He was easy to deal with. I am waiting for my cabinets to come in. I could not find the right color of the wood that I wanted, so, he encouraged me to make up a sample, and he would have the company matched that. Todd Shives is his name.
