+ 0 moreKC performed snow removal all winter at my property - he was diligent to wait until after the snowfall for the day, and yet clear it before it sat overnight, which sometimes meant that he was shoveling in the dark. He was very professional and a great value. He also quoted me on removing a tree - I had another estimate that didn't come close to his level of expertise in how the tree would be removed due to its complicated extraction requirements. I would definitely use him again.

+ 1 moreHe is an arborist but I've never used him for tree service. He rebuilt two sections of our fence and did an amazing job. He is pretty handy. He does an excellent job. He communicates well. He is very detailed and it is very well done. The gutter cleaning was $2,000 and it was about $1,500 for the fence repair. He has helped us out at the last minute with emergency repairs. He is very good.
Description of Work: I used King Tree & Property Services for fence repair and gutter cleaning at a huge complex. It is a 14 1/2 building complex.

+ 2 moreKC always does a great job. You have to be clear about exactly what you want done. Now that he is a certified arborist, we plan on having him tend to our trees.
Description of Work: KC has been doing yard work for us for about 3 years now. I have always found him to be honest, great at what he does and professional. He has done: gutter cleaning, yard clean-up, basic landscaping, trimming. I would recommend him and his company without reservation.

+ -1 moreIt wasn’t cheap, but cutting down big trees is never cheap. He came when he said he was going to come and he did what he said he was going to do. He cleaned up after himself.

+ -1 moreI have a sunroom over which they did some trimming and a branch dropped onto my roof and it caused my roof to leak. I had to repair the roof, repair the interior and have it all fixed because I couldn’t get King Tree to answer any of my attempts to contact him. I was not happy with their service.
Description of Work: They brought two arborists to do my trees. First off all they refused to do some of the pruning that I wanted to have done. Their comment was that they wouldn’t do it because it wasn’t healthy for the tree, which was nonsense.
