Kelly represents buyer and sellers as well as supervises a full time staff of real estate agents. We felt she really took into consideration our lifestyle, personalities, etc. when suggesting neighborhoods that would work for us. This thoughtfulness made us really think about things we hadn't considered when our home buying process first started. She is also extremely knowledgeable about thetowns and neighborhoods and gave us a little background about each one as it came up.
When it came down to making an offer and negotiating the sale, we felt extremely confident with Kelly on our side. We were in a renting situation and we needed the earliest possible closing date. Suddenly, the lender told me they'd be delaying the closing. I tried to push them to speed up the process without success. Kelly made a phone call on our behalf and before we knew it we were back on track.
