Perhaps because Keeping It Clean serves commercial as well as residential customers, the service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Nestor Hernandez returned my call within the hour, and Dennis Gonzalez viewed the property that afternoon. The estimate matched the final cost for his team's three days of labor and materials. The job required "neutralizing" walls of extreme colors, requiring gallons of beige, yet the team also showed careful attention to detail. In addition to cleaning and painting, they also made minor repairs, so that the place was move-in ready.
