We chose KCA on Ron's recommendation of installing a furnace vs. a new air handling unit since the furnace will provide us an option for heat in the winter as well as other options for clean air/humidifier in our home. The crew showed up right on time, were clean, and couldn't have been easier to work with. All of the work was completed on-time and most importantly, on budget. Plus, when we needed KCA to make a minor adjustment to the condensate pump after the work was completed, they responded promptly and fixed the problem within 24 hours. I recommend Ron and his team given their professional, friendly, and experience with AC's, as well as the non "BS" approach you tend to receive from larger outfits that send a hands-off salesmen first and an unexperienced crew next to complete the job. We appreciate KCA's helpful and knowledgeable attitude and we will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.
Side note: At time of service, they installed a digital thermostat, which was definitely an upgrade to my old, manually adjustable one. A couple of weeks later I get a call that they will be returning to upgrade my thermostat to a Touch Screen model... at no extra charge. They told me they did some additional research which showed with this one, it will provide me with more efficient use of the system... that gave me the confidence that I went with the right company.
I'm so pleased with my new system and staying warm. (what a concept)!

I have referred all my neighbors and the HOA management company as well... I have a feeling I'll be seeing them around the building a lot!
