He is extraordinarily punctual. If he says he is going to be at my house by 10, he is there at 10 straight up. There's no lateness, there's no 5 minutes extension. He's right there on time every time. He gets right back to us quickly. His responsiveness is great. I think his prices are fair. This is actually the fourth job they've done for us. Every time, the work has been outstanding. They have been our electric company for the past 9 years.
