Justin is great. We could not have been happier. Reasonable price and he was great to work with. His work is beautiful. You can't even tell where the floor was ripped up. It is a one or two-man operation. He did a phenomenal job. He was recommended by other people that I talked with. I thought I would give it a try. His price came in right about average with everybody. It was a dollar by the square foot. The house builder had done a terrible job and he managed to fix the horrible job and make it look nice. I like his attention to detail. He told me that his equipment would stand right up to the base boards. He will make the edges looking nice. He had the right tools for the job. He kept his commitments. He was here when he said. The job was done when he said. The only thing was we were not quite sure what stain to use. He put a stain on and it was just too light. The sample looked darker. He stained the floor. My wife came in and said no so he actually redid the entire floor of no charge which I did not even expect and I thought that was very accommodating of him. It just looks nice. Even my wife is happy. He was great about calling me and giving me his estimates. There were no problems. I know he is quite busy and it took him about three weeks to schedule but he was right on schedule.
