Our house was built in 73 and was used as a rental for a while. Over the years kids and use left many patches and worn areas. As part of renovating the house we had Juane out to bid replacing the drywall. Rather than replace it he found that it could be repiared and re-floated to give it the updated, fresh look we wanted. Drywall work is always dusty and this was no exception but when it was done the three rooms we did looked brand new and cost much less than the drywall replacement we thought we would have to do.
