He called about an hour before he had promised to arrive to confirm his arrival time and arrived as promised. Professional appearance and clearly was familiar with the appliance. I had pulled instructions for converting from propane to natural gas -- two pages -- so I decided I needed a professional. Good call! After making the normally expected changes, he tested the temperature, found it was much too hot and had to redo and customize the installation. The dryer has worked as well since then on natural gas as it did before on propane.
