It was overall a good experience. I will say that they promised us a move in date of August 5th-8th. They did not show up until the 11th. They hadn't contacted us to let us know about the delay and we were sort of just waiting around. I had to call them to see what was going on. The claim process had been slow as well. The original driver ended up quitting and the replacement was great and his crew did a fantastic job. They just didn't communicate upfront and we were unsure why the delays were happening. They tried their best to make up the miscommunication.

I did most of my own packing, but had difficulty with larger items such as pictures/mirrors.  The loaders showed up and provided us with materials and assistance packaging up these items for shipment.  They kept in contact with us while on the road and we received our household goods within a week and everything looked great.  They were exceptionally polite and clean and it was nice to deal with the same people in Colorado as we did when the truck arrived in California.  Since we ended up shipping less than we had originally thought, we received a refund to our credit card within a week after delivery.

Excellent

They did a great job.  We had multiple locations of getting things shipped to other states. They did this without breaking anything.  I had them pack my china dishes and an old china cabinet got to my new location with no damages.  They took extra care in your belongings and it showed.  If i had to move again I would hire and I would highly recommend their services to others.

This was not the smoothest move. They showed up late because supposedly a truck didn't work. We were supposed to have two trucks to do the moving and only had one. We were charged the extra drive time going between the locations when that would not have been necessary. They wanted a credit card payment that day for the full amount and would not let us speak with a supervisor. We were very displeased with how it was handled. After we called the offices, the Monday following the move, we were given the run around. After that was all said and done they tried to bill us a second time for the work we had already paid for. We were very displeased with how things were handled.

THEY CAME OUT AND DROPPED OFF THE STORAGE UNIT WHEN I ASKED THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY THEN CAME BACK AND PICKED IT UP WHEN I CALLED THEM TO.
