Joan did a wonderful job. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing. Luckily she found the missing pedal part inside the piano, was able to retrieve it and repair the pedal on the same day. Joan is passionate about pianos and it shows. We will definitely hire Joan again and will gladly recommend her.

Great Joan arrived on time and spent over three hours fixing our piano which was not tuned for over 20 years. She also said if we found any more keys sticking or any other problems that she would come back. Will hire here again in a new York minute. John

Joan was great. Baby grand hadn't been tuned in 10 years and had been moved in and out of the house during that time. In her quoted two hours she repitched and tuned the piano. It now sounds like new again. She offered to return to retune if, because of the moving, we noticed a change. Was on time, explained what she was doing. Very professional

John has tuned my piano several times and has made two repairs on the pedals and the mine rock. She is the best tuner I have had for more than twenty years.
