 + -1 moreHome financing can be pretty confusing, but Jason will explain everything you may have questions on. My first refi seemed scary but he walked us through the process. He manages to connect with the best rates I have seen. He even helped refi a rental and got rates better than I expected.
Description of Work: I have used JM Ruedy to do several refinances. On one property I started with a 30 yr and now have a 15 yr fixed, low APR and virtually no out of pocket. Appraisal costs of course. The mortgage payment is virtually the same, save big bucks on interest charges. Probably over $200k overall. Hit it off well and have been very happy with the overall process. Just had to push for dates - but I know they were very busy while the market was hot.
