Placed and order, paid in full then got the runaround with many excuses as to why 10 days turned into 4 weeks. Called and left several message (6 in one day) not one message was responded to nor did I receive my paid for shower door. Would NOT recommend this company!!!

Excellent customer service!  This company was hired by the seller of a condo I am purchasing to repair leaking windows.  I reached out to them because I was concerned about the scope of the issues with the windows.  Even though I was not truly the customer because the seller had hired them, they went above and beyond to ensure me that they problem would be completely fixed and also reported back to me when the job was done.  I would definitely use this company in the future.

We had Jet Glass replace 11 windows and a slideing glass door in our house. The windows were purchased were vinyl double hung windows with e-gass inside. The job went very well - got off to a late start but all worked out. The windows and door were beautiful and energy effiecient.

You can get an estimate before your surround is complete, but the final measurement must be done after any tile work (or whatever the door mounts to) .is complete.  Of course this means you may need to wait to use a new shower  My contractor left off a piece of tile that would stick out from the other tile (along the top of the tiled area) to allow the glass to be installed.  He will place a piece on the outside of the glass now that the glass is in.  Jet Glass trimmed out my door with a slightly deeper channel where the glass pannel extended above where the tile ended (back to the wall).  It's a clean, professional look.
You should keep in mind the clear glass doors do not fit tightly together & don't overlap.  With normal showering, all of the water stayed in the shower.  When I sprayed my shower nozzle down the pane to create a sheet of water, I got a floor puddle.  I discovered the water spots on the glass dry clear with no additional spraying.  The coating is worth the cost.

John and his team were all very professional. Estimate was provided within a few days and the work was scheduled for only two days after that. Jet Glass provided a reasonable estimate to do exactly the work I requested. (Another estimate wanted to replace the entire pair of windows, which was not necessary.) They showed up right on time and got to work. When a specialized tool was needed, they clearly communicated where they were going and returned a short time later to finish the job as scheduled. The crew was relaxed, polite and cleaned up after. I will call them again if I ever need more work done and would highly recommend them.
