We got estimates from 3 different contractors for our small (500 sq. ft.) condo job,-living room, kitchen and hallways. After 2 high pressure and glitzy estimates with sample flooring provided and promises of 1 day completion, we sat down with James Lobello. He measured our sq. ft., made some suggestions and gave an estimate way below the "other guys". He doesn't spend time picking up materials from the warehouse, up-charging for flooring or fuel and labor. We found the flooring we liked, ordered it and picked it up. It was a 2 hour job for us to get the material for the job. Order on-line, have some delivered and pick up the rest. We picked a date for the project, made arrangements with our HOA and James took care of the rest. He was on time, ready to go , and did everything he said he would do. The completed project was perfect. I highly recommend James Lobello for your flooring project!

I'm still in awe every morning I see my flooring. It is beautiful. I am very pleased with their work. They went out of their way to make things work. Their pricing was absolutely reasonable and he was the best for pricing and the actual work done. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend him.

He did a fantastic job, he was timely, and he worked quickly. He was very careful about covering things and minimizing the dust from getting to other parts of the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I would definitely hire him again.

It went really well, he was professional, wears mask, he was very communicative, he was able to explain the things that he has done. He did exactly what is needed to be done to make sure that the laminated floors are well placed, he was just very good and professional. The cost was within the budget, less than what we have expected, the price was definitely reasonable, considering the quality of the work, everything was actually worth the price that we paid for.

James is a rare gem. He was honest, up front and clear about how the job would go and what to expect. He offered solutions to a couple hiccups and was fair on cost for his work. He did a great job, we felt comfortable having him in our home and he went out of his way to make sure the job was complete. Highly recommend him :)

I called James on a Sunday, after finding him on Angie's list.
Thinking I would just leave a voice message, I was shocked when he answered and was working on a Sunday afternoon. He actually came over that day, gave us an estimate, helped us pick out our wood online with Lumber Liquidators and started the following Tuesday.
He was so nice and so knowledgeable, he arrived when he said he would be here, one of the days he was stuck in traffic because of an accident on the highway and he let me know what was going on and he may be a little late.
 My husband and I had to work but felt completely at ease leaving James in our home. He went so above and beyond it was crazy. We had a sick dog and he even carried him out every few hours to go potty.
Our floors are perfection and I would never even consider using anyone else, I have referred him to everyone I know.

James was on time with his proposal as well as his starting time and when he would be finished.

He communicated the work scope well and answered all my questions up front.

James also took good care working in my home and cleaning up after the job was complete.

The floor is beautiful and puts a smile on my face.

I would recommend James for any flooring needs and I will be calling him again to complete my next flooring project.
