IVY STREET DESIGN

The representative was positive, personable and friendly, but the work completed was off target as often as it was on target. I can only guess as to why. My project was small, and too much time passed between meetings. The original projection for getting the work done was off by more than a month. Mistakes were made, or omissions occurred. It was as though items I asked for had been forgotten, as they weren't incorporated properly into the design. The project management aspect was minimal. I was told the rep had stopped by to look in on things, but the truth was, I caught and adjusted most issues myself, and I never actually saw him on site. I'm not convinced the service rendered was worth the expense. He did assist in picking out things, such as trees and fire pits, which was useful. But again, I'm not convinced this was worth the expense. I will enjoy my back patio space, but essentially, I felt like this was very expensive with not enough value added, which is how I ended up with an overall C.
