This company, unlike many, returns calls right away. Also, when I called because I had been charged two hours labor for an hour and five minutes work, Jim said that the worker had put down two hours, but he agreed to only charge me for one. The worker didn't show for our first appointment, and didn't call, but for new appointment the next week did show up on time. After solenoids were replaced the worker said my master valve had a leak and he'd need to rebuild the manifold but that it should be ok if I wanted to save money and let it go (said it could cost 125 to 150 dollars per valve and I'd need 3 valves done). When I talked later to Jim on the phone, he said I should have the leak fixed (puddle forms in few minutes if system is on) as the leak is near my foundation and probably should redo the whole 6 valve system instead of just the 3 since the system is old . I've decided to look for another company with high Angie's list ratings. Although the worker was friendly, explained things about my system I didn't know about, etc. and I liked the fact that the company was responsive to my complaint, several small things added up to my decision to use another company for possible further work, such as the original labor charge, high trip charge, worker didn't have racket wrench extension and we had to take time to look for mine, confusing advice on what repairs were needed, etc.
