I began the process with Kristian Reynolds , a representative of Interstate, to have my hail damaged roof repaired on October 7th, 2019. I was told it would be 30-45 days to have the build completed. Then began the gaps in communication. Spotty texts and emails largely ignored previous solutions given by my county to address some of the fringe issues which eventually “caused” 17 months of delays. Despite the insurance having approved the work to be done in Oct. ‘19, it was dragged and dragged for months until almost November 2020, when Interstate came back with an estimate that was TRIPLE that of the original. As of December 2020, with no work done and an absolute nightmare process in dealing with their endless delays and gaps in communication, as well as taking a deposit which should have never been taken, my deposit was returned in full. Kristian was dismissive, and when my concerns intensified, would become defensive in response to my concerns very clear, as well as ignored any responsibility for the delays. As a matter of fact, the only person who I found to be even remotely helpful was Tom, who helped to return my deposit. The deposit was “lost” in the mail, and despite having my address clearly displayed on the demand letter requesting my deposit be returned, they still managed to send the check to the wrong address initially. While I understand my experience may be unique, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional, across the board.

Joshua Bosley, an employee with Inerstate Roofing arranged for the roof on my house to be replaced. Joshua dealt with all the Paperwork, insurance company and the adjuster from the insurance company. Joshua's Team did an excellent job and made sure to clean up all the unused materials. So if you need a roof for your House, garage, shed or a barn give him or Innerstate Roofing a call. Absolutely a horrible company, I would never recommend these people to anyone, there basically storm chasers, they come in heavy with a lot of talk to make themselves sound good but as soon as you sign the contract and pay the first half down getting ahold of them is impossible, getting them to fix the problems you have with their work is impossible. Horrible communications, I called them several times over the course of five months trying to find out when they would come back and fix the stuff that was not done right. and they never called back. they only finally showed up when they wanted the second half of the money and acted like nothing was wrong. I had to tell him again that I wanted the problems fixed. and only when I told him I'm not paying till the job is done did he start to make attempts at getting things fixed. Today is December 5th my roof was done at the end of July...... They finally came back today to start the repairs but when I told them I was not satisfied with the way the new decking was laid they argued with me and basically refused to fix it. I am the paying customer I am paying out of pocket for the re-decking, I don't care about their opinion or if it will "pass Inspection" as the paying customer they need to do it the way I want it as long as it's within specifications and passes inspection's But they don't care about what the customer wants, they do the bare minimum to pass inspection's, im sorry but when there charging me $2500 dollers to re-deck my roof right over the top of the old decking with out removing it, I atleast expect it to be doen correctly and the new peak to be in the same place as the old peak. maybe I'm nitpicking about the peak and it may pass inspection but it ain't 100% correct. I aint paying for a sub-par job that meets their bare minimum

After the last hail storm, our streets were crawling with roofing companies. Our neighbor was friends with Ryan from Interstate. We were somewhat skeptical of the whole process but decided to give Ryan a chance. This was a great decision. Ryan did a great job explaining the process, keeping track of the details with the insurance company, checking in, and managing his crew. Everything occurred as scheduled, cleanup was pretty good, and the entire process went smoothly. We would recommend this company.

Re-roofed house after wind storm.  First rain after re-roof water poured through the ceilings of two of the rooms in my home ruining about $2500 worth of personal belongings. plus damage to walls, ceilings, and floors.  Removed the vent pipe from gas hot water heater and sealed the roof.  so carbon monoxide was trapped inside house. Refuses to talk to us sending in workers who barely speak English.

They were great.  Our deductible was $2000 out of pocket.  They were very nice.  The guys worked really hard and they finished in a day.  They did all the cleanup and did a very good job but we've found a few roofing nails over the past 2 years.  The price was pretty comparative and even the insurance company was happy to go with them.  It was a very decent and competitive price.  The roof is just beautiful and it is done well.  We have some really bad winds in Colorado and there is no leak or no flapping, so they did a great job.  They were very professional, very polite, were quiet, and didn’t make a whole lot of noise.

They did a good job, recommended by my co-worker.  Punctual, effecient. Most important- They knew how to work with our insurance company so we got a bit of an upgrade at no additional cost to either insurance company or us. Other companies were very inflexible when it was insurance work.
The only negative was that we wanted some gutter work done at the same time and they did not have subcontractors in our area to accommodate us.
They are good at roofing, but don't ask them to stray very far outside that lane.

Interstate had the most detailed bid and the best communications leading up to the roof replacement.  They were close to the most expensive bid, though they did negotiate to bring the price down.  They did not seem to be wedded to a particular product, and were certified in the one we wanted.  They got started within a few days of signing the contract, and arrived early the day we had scheduled.  Interstate removed our existing roof and put on the new one in a single day.  They continued to work hard and got the roof done during a two hour downpour.  The cleanup was good, though there were a few nails scattered around and a bag left in a tree.  Interstate did send people out a few days later to complete some details that could not be done in the rain.  The inspector said the roof was well done. If we had only contracted the roof and no additional work, we would rate them an 'A'.    After that, we became less satisfied.  They did a fine job on the roof itself, but never went above and beyond with the follow-up.  We had to initiate all conversations on completing the gutters and sky tube, and we received the bill for the roof before the additional work had been scheduled.  We understand that the gutters are done by a subcontractor, but expected more initiative on communicating with us for the work we had contracted in addition to the roof.  When they were done, the gutters were done well.  We are still waiting on the sky tube.

Denver was hit by a hail storm & my house sustained damage. I needed a new roof, paint was chipped off on the house as well as vents damaged on the roof. David Hughes from Interstate Roofing came by, got on the roof & saw the damage, then called my Insurance to report the damage. My insurance agreed with him as well as more damage. David worked so hard to get me what needed to be done to my house including new decking, another vent, putting proper vents on the damaged old vents, and all within the price the insurance quoted. He was so patient & kind as to help with selecting the right roof color, and working with my insurance company. He was at my house when the roofers came to make sure everything was done right. All the exhaust pipes & vents were painted the same color of the roof & looks so beautiful. I am so happy with Interstate Roofing & David Hughes with the job that was done. I will always go back to him for all my roofing needs. The job was done fast, & the yard left so clean. What a wonderful company.

Recently I had Interstate Roofing replace my roof, gutters and downspouts, and all roofing accessories.  I couldn't be happier with my experience!  Interstate's team of Project Managers, roofing crews and inter-office personnel are professional, knowledgeable and seem to be the most effective in their field.  They communicated with my insurance company about the damage to my roof, on my behalf and was present when my insurance adjuster came to inspect my roof.  This ultimately resulted in a new roof, gutters, etc. that were damaged due to hail.  The greatest part of all of this was Interstate helped me to have no out-of-pocket costs for this, major construction, to my home!  I have already recommended Interstate Roofing, Inc. to two of my neighbors, who report they have contracted with them and are very happy.  Thanks to everyone at Interstate Roofing, Inc. for all your help!

Absolutely terrible experience.  I came home in the middle of the job and the crew was literally napping all over my property. then it took them well in to the evening to complete their work that day. Once completed it failed 4 times before finally passing 9 months after completion. During this whole time I called and called and called and called on multiple occasions to get a final itemized bill so I could pay it when a year later I started to get threatening phone calls instead of just the bill I was asking for. I still have the recording from the man who actually swore at us and threatened to send this to collections.  This companies customer service is terrible and their professionalism is non existent. The roof is starting to leak in a spot. I will find another company to fix rather than call these guys back on a warranty repair I am sure they cannot handle.

They arrived early on the appointed day. There were lots of workers and they were so well organized. The supervisor kept me well informed about the process throughout the project. We had had a bad experience with the roofing company who replaced our roofs a few years ago. They killed three trees and damaged everything else. Brian Bailey, the project manager, assured me that his people would be respectful of our property and he was right.

They were all so tidy! One person just kept circling the house picking up stray bits of roofing and nails that inadvertently rolled off the roof during the work process. The process took longer than anticipated probably because of how careful they were. They left very late in the afternoon and arrived early the next morning to finish the job. Robert, the supervisor, was so friendly and eager to keep me updated that he eased most of my anxiety. Next time I won't even give it a second thought.

There was a hail/wins storm in our area (SE AURORA).   The hail was the size a baseball.  After seeing the damage around the visible areas of the house, we knew the roof had to be damaged. It was within one day that contractors seemd to appear from everywhere wanting to give estimates on fixing/replacing the roof.  Many of them (most)  felt somewhat aggressive.  The representative from Interstate, Brian, was the most professional and had been referred to our area by another satisfied customer from a previous job. We appreciated the approach that ws taken and decided to go with interstate.  We were walked through the entire process from initial estimates all the way through follow-up after the job was completed.  They were always punctual and the quality was excellent.

We suffered hail damage in 2010.  Homes in our area used various contractors/companies.  I waited through the winter and spoke with neighbors as well as looked at various roofs that had been replaced.  I spoke to one neighbor who's roof stood out.  She had used Interstate Roofing.  I looked at the BBB rating and performed several google searches as well as asked the neighbor her opinion.
I contacted Interstate Roofing and asked for an estimate.  They quickly responded within 24 hours by sending out a Project Manager who inspected the roof and gutters.  We discussed the amount of damage and several options plus the means to have the roof replaced (personal payment or insurance claim).  The Project Manager was very patient with our questions, answered them all, and walked us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company.  Interstate Roofing works closely with major insurers and knew the exact process that State Farms uses.  We decided to go with Interstate Roofing.
The Project Manager helped me start the claim process with State Farm.  He informed me of what the next step would be and provided his phone number and email address.
State Farm contacted us to setup an inspection of our roof and gutters.  Following the inspection, Interstate Roofing contacted State Farm and worked very closely with them to finalize the damage, what was and was not covered, and the payment.
State Farm sent us the initial check, a date for the roof and gutter work were set, and the Program Manager reviewed State Farms findings.  He found a discrepancy between State Farm's estimate (what was covered) and our local building code requirements.  Interstate contacted State Farm and corrected the error.  Through this process, the Program Manager kept me informed as to what was occurring and patiently answered my questions (email and phone).
Interstate worked closely with us to set the installation dates for the roof (1 day) and gutters (next day).
The installation was done quickly for both the roof and gutters.  The workers were polite.  They covered all our plants and placed tarps all around our home to catch any debris.  After replacing the roof they used a large hand held magnet to go pickup any metal that may have missed the tarps.
Once the inspection was completed by the local building inspector, the Program Manager came by for the final payment.

They did beyond what they were expected to do and got paid for it, but that was between them and the insurance company.  They're legitimate.
