They found the leak and repaired it promptly. This not the first time we have used them as we purchased our hot tub from them. Would use them again.

Fantastic service, friendly attitude and I while the part prices (o-zone thing for 400 bucks) seemed high, I guess thats normal for this type of luxury. The labor prices were very reasonable and I could not have asked for a better technician.

This company sells and services hot tubs and sells maintenance chemicals and equipment. They sold and installed a hot tub for me although it was not a simple one stop service. The home owner has to provide a concrete slab or other base and must install electrical power to the site thus requiring two additional contractors and quite a bit of coordination.
     The tub has been here about 8 years and has been little trouble. The cover finally absorbed so much rainwater that it was impossible to life but a wew cover was bought and  they installed it and disposed of the old one ithh no hassle. They have always been very astute in guiding me to proper water maintenance for health and comfort.
    A  service call for a leak was attended to in three days and was found to be caused by rodents gnawing on a plastic drain tline. The recent call for a heating problem was not solved but tthey will be back in twoo days to try again.
     I will continue to use this firm as previous firms seem very unresponsive and uncommunicative but International seems up to the task.

Leroy Martinez is a licensed electrician, plumber and fireplace installer who was very professional and efficient. Did much education. He recommended International. Leroy recommended buying the fireplace through the International Hot Tubs manager, Ryan, to save the middle-man money, which we did.

I have used them before and they always get the job right. I tried using a plumber to help with the spa and he broke the thermostat. I now know to call the professional first to fix my hot tub right the first time the next time that I need something done.
