The service was inexpensive, very timely and very professional. The guy that came to the door was respectful and worked quickly - even took off his shoes. I will use them again for future needs. I took off some points in 'Responsiveness' because they had to change the appointment day a few days prior because of a scheduling conflict - it was the scheduler's first week, so I understand and it was handled as well as possible.
