I shopped around and met with numerous companies for my stair railing replacement. Innovative Reno response time was quick, price was reasonable, and staff were very knowledgeable. What sealed the deal was they do the demo work along, carpentry with install, whereas most railing companies do not. I tend to have very high expectations when it comes to workmanship. Jaime, Vidal, the behind the scene crew, accounting completely exceeded my expectations. They know how to run their business the right way. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Love our bannister. The only issue was dates kept being pushed back, but not a major problem.

Asked them to install metal railings on two entrances to our home, when we were having trouble getting others to quote the job. They came soon after we called, arrived a couple minutes early, and we had a competitive quote within 24 hours. The did what they promised on time and on budget. Very happy with the quality and appearance of the work. They were here when they said they would be. They were polite and professional.

They do a great job and install. I really like the look.
