From Andy, the original estimator, to Christian, the project manager, to Eddie and the team that actually did the painting, they did a fantastic job. Very good communication. Very professional. They did the job when they said they would do it and completed it on time. I live 1100 miles away from this home I own in Thornton. Getting projects done can often be a daunting task from such a distance. I would hire them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a professional paint job completed!

They made a mistake but came back right away and finished the job the next work day. They provided a very good price too. They did a great job painting and even helped out with removing and replacing blinds and receptacle and switch plates. Excellent experience overall.

More expensive then other painting companies but the quality of the work was quite good and they were done in 2 days with the majority of our home needing to be painted. I think they are told not to move any furniture without assistance from the homeowners and we were home the whole time they were here but they did move something which caused some damage to a family heirloom so I did let them know about this.

We created a new protocol for family heirlooms and making sure they are no where near our work space as they are very valuable and cannot be replaced. Quality paint and a great price. They painted the entire first floor of my home. I'm not able to move furniture and they aren't supposed to, but they helped me out and that meant everything to me. They take the time to educate you and help you through the planning process. I received updates throughout the project. They were even flexible when I needed to make a few minor changes to my original quote. They do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are happy with their work. Sergio, who headed up the painting crew was meticulous . Christian gave me frequent updates of project progress. Before signing up with a painting contractor, I would highly recommend asking for Imperial a job bid.

Easy to work with as the initial estimate was very professional and expectations were clear. Painters did a great job, very neat and cleaned up nicely. The final walk about inspection after the second day took care of any questions or touch ups. We got three quotes and Imperial came in right in the middle and was worth it!! Would definitely recommend and use again.

The actual painter was not interested in painting, he just wanted to talk on the phone. Prep work was not done as explained by the estimator. I felt like a babysitter.

Painters did a great job, and the customer service was great. I needed an apartment and common areas painted in one of my small apartment buildings. A rep came over to discuss the job and paint colors, and scheduled the painters. I got a reminder call before the job started, and a supervisor came by during the job to check on things. They got the job done in 1 day. I will use IP again.

IP did a great job working with our small HOA. 5 household owners with different schedules and strong opinions can be difficult. IP did a wonderful job meeting our diversed needs and concerns. At the end of the week our house looks amazing! After our walk through they were able to fix even the smallest areas of paint splatter to ensure every bit of our investment was fulfilled. I highly recommend Imperial Painters!
