I no longer have a VCR and did not want to keep one around for just a couple of home videos. I dropped by their office and asked if they could put it on DVD. They called when it was ready. It was less expensive than mailing the video to an out-of-town service. The offices are corporate looking & very quiet because their professional staff are out in the field doing business video production or working in their technical area. They were really nice about doing my small job. The are happy to transfer a family's wedding, sports or vacation videos on to DVD.
