We have had them for many years. Any time you have an upgrade or move, there is no charge. They will come out and do the work for free. You just have to be there, and they will show up for the work. It is completed, you sign the paperwork and it is done. We have a three story house. It is $35 a month, which covers three main doors to the house. It includes windows, and a lot of extra things covered in that. The direct interaction with the folks who came to do the install was great. The walk-through after the install was great. They make sure you fully understand everything. There is no second guessing if they are going to try to remember your code. They walk away and don't watch you do your code. There is no threat at all. There are applications you can control from your phone to turn the system on and off. I will continue to use this provider.
