I contacted Ideal Home Loans to refinance my mortgage in May 2013. My rate was locked in at that time. It was easy to work with the company; any documents required were uploaded to my account through their secure website. I was kept informed throughout the whole process even when there was no change in the status. The day of the closing the loan closing notary came out to my house and walked me through the whole process.
(Most of the refinance costs were rolled in with the mortgage. The one cost to me was the appraiser's fee.)
