Todd was a great asset to help me in getting my mortgage. In the beginning, I was comparing Todd with another lender and looked at them - apples to apples. Todd was the best by far in rate and price (costs). In fact, I went to the other guy and told him what Todd quoted and he told me to go with it. It literally saved me thousands. Todd was completely thorough and detail driven. He went above and beyond in helping me get organized and have the right documents that I needed. Also, instead of sweating the process right before the truck comes - Todd had the approvals in with more than 2 weeks to spare. It was a great comfort in a very trying time. I contacted Todd through Angie's list because I needed a loan. I was living in a family home, and had been doing so for several years. One of my relatives needed their half of the equity, and I wanted to own the home outright. However, due to divorce, foreclosure and other complications my credit wasn't very good. Any standard lender would have treated my situation like a "check-box" and said no thank you. Todd illustrated a very deep understanding of lending practices and as well as an in-depth knowledge of lending regulations. We were able to collect the data from my past and prove to the lender that I was worthy of the loan. It was not an easy process, as I had to gather quite a bit of data, but Todd was guiding me every step of the way, and never showed any impatience or made me feel rushed, unless we were under a deadline, and I always knew what those deadlines were.
