Very well. Todd was responsive & easy to deal with. Never a fun time doing a refi but Todd made it as good as it can get! He is very good at what he does, explained clearly anything that we didn't understand and responded promptly to all our communications. We would definitely use his services again, if the need arises.

It's a very complex process, but it went smoothly. I am very paperwork-handicapped, and was a bit overwhelmed. This housing market is difficult. Todd was available any day of the week, sometimes late in the evening, making sure the loan process was not an obstacle in finding a new home. Not only did he handle the loan, but gave me plenty of timely advice and coaching on the bidding process and plenty of info to study. I was competing against investment companies that were bidding "cash", so it was hard to compete. Todd rapidly brought me up-to-speed with everything I needed to know. With his coaching and a good real-estate agent, I was able to compete. The bottom-line: If I had not had Todd's help, I'd still be looking for a home.

Our daughter went through a divorce and Todd Huettner was very caring and considerate, even-handed and compassionate.  He took care of all of the details in a timely fashion, and got the best interest rate available for her at a fair price.
 He specializes in handling real estate property settlements in connection with divorce.  This is a contentious situation, with high emotion, but Todd is able to calmly settle things and present viewpoints that facilitate a final arrangement.
Todd did much more than just arrange a mortgage.  He made sure all details were handled fairly and without undue emotion.

Perfect. Todd was a great professional to work with. He is very thorough and ensured there were no surprises throughout the complete process including the closing which we did at our home! He uses cloud technology storage which allowed is to scan all documents and upload to secure site, so no faxing at all. I would recommend Todd for anyone buying a home or doong a refinance.

I have been in the commercial banking and agricultural lending business for almost thirty years and know quite a few mortgage lenders. However, I have personally used Huettner Capital twice on two different mortgage loans and properties over the last several years. I've used them twice because I have extreme confidence in them. Todd is extremely professional and knows the mortgage lending business better than anyone I've ever known. It went very well. There were minimal hiccups with the seller and the estimator (which were not his fault), but he addressed them quickly and thoroughly. Enjoyed working with him and would do it again!
