I originally scheduled the service for Tuesday and then moved it to Saturday (to accommodate the carpet cleaning, which I made very clear several times). They did not give me a specific time but told me they would text me when they got to the house. After 5 on Saturday, they texted me that they wouldn't make it till Sunday. We prefer not to do business on the Lord's Day, but all right. I requested again that they text or call me WHEN they got to the house. They texted me AFTER they had finished everything (we were at lunch; it was Mother's Day) and asked if I wanted to come check out their work. I told them I couldn't, but to please leave me an invoice at the house. I also asked how much it was. She texted me the amount but never left an invoice. Two weeks later I got a text (from a new number) "reminding" me to pay my bill online or to send them an address or email address to get an invoice. There had never been an invoice submitted up to that time. When we mentioned all of this in an email to them, they took #30 off the original price, which had been $100 plus a $25 additional fee for "move in/move out".
