First guy came out to do estimate. I mentioned specifically that there was a small gutter and downspout on the west side of property. He gave me an estimate and I paid it. Originally install was scheduled while I was going to be home, but got a call to reschedule to the following day, when I wasn't home. Installers came out and did everything great, except they didn't do the gutter/downspout on the west side. I called back the following Monday, and was told that wasn't on the estimate. and they would "get back to me". since then I have sent several texts to the manager and the guy that gave me the estimate with no reply. Now I have to figure out how to get 2 ft of gutter and a new downspout installed on that side. I'd have been willing to split the difference even, but I couldn't even get a response back.

Their gutter cover is the best I have ever seen, its made from marine grade metal and will keep out leaves,twigs,bird's nests and hold up against large hail and high winds. Their rep Steve was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions while installer George was very skilled and communicated the work being done very well. We will be hiring them again as their services are excellent and the product is outstanding.

Kelly is the Marketing Rep and came out to our home on Tuesday May 19. He did a great job of providing an overview of their product and gave us a full estimate. I did agree to use our home as a "marketing home" for the Company, this gave us an additional discount. We agreed upon a price and the install team came out 2 days later. Install was on Thursday May 21 and it went perfectly. All the old gutters were taken down and disposed of. They also replaced some of our soffet and facia. All the new gutters went up w/o an issues. They look great, the micro-mesh is installed and I beleive it's going to allow me to skip gutter cleaning moving forward. I was extremely impressed with HomeCraft Gutter Protection and would recommend them to others who are looking for new gutters.
