We hired them as a consulting firm and used contractors of theirs and stuff. I just like that their business is in a way that you can choose whether you'll have them do the design and build or they can just guide you through the process and you can act as your own general contractor and hire whoever you want to do the piece of work. They came in very reasonable on the price.
