The company was not great at communication overall. As their suppliers were placing the shingle materials on the roof, they broke one of our skylights with their conveyor belt. I was told the skylight was going to be replaced, but it has not yet happened. The roofers worked quickly, but they left the site dirty. It was my first time getting a roof done, but I would not use them again.

I had to complain time after time. They threatened to take me to court because I had not paid them, but I would not pay until the work was done. Finally they finished the job and I paid them. I would never use them again. They claimed the problems were due to change in the management but that has nothing to do with the customer.

There were a few problems at first but we were able to get them resolved.

This company is very professional and prompt. They take care of everything including insurance billing. They are prompt and courteous, and I would definitely use them again. There was some damage that occurred to my home but they took care of hiring the subcontractor to fix the damage. They made it all very easy. They have great attitudes and are very present for the job.

I would recommend, they were punctual, and helpful from start to finish. They were able to explain the process and assist with negotiating with my insurance company. Also, when one of the gutters started leaking, and others were missing, someone came out to fix the problem within a week. The roof looks great without any problems.

There were about 8 people working on our roof so it only took a few days to complete. A few months after, we did have a tiny leak due to a vent issue. They came and fixed it the very next day I called. This group is very professional, polite and responsive to any concerns or questions. Our roof looks great and we are very satisfied.
