TERRIBLE, A NIGHTMARE .... STOP!!!! Do NOT let HomeDepot do your new windows. We have been through a living **** with this whole transaction since July and it's now 4 months later and we cannot get the issues all resolved. The first guy Juan and his "friend" came out and "installed" 9 windows and a patio door in one day and to say the least, was a very bad job. So instead of of taking the windows out and installing them properly they cut up our siding to put in a wood trim which STILL did not solve the trouble of how nice they looked from the outside. We had to redo the insides ourselves. The windowsills were replaced from the first "new" ones and those turned out ok, except the massive amounts of caulk that was used which I spent hours talking off myself. Three workmen saw and covered up a mold issue. Not one person drew our attention to the problem. My husband told them after the 3rd guy supposably HomeDepots Best installer, boy are they in trouble, some joke ,
he did not want any more of their people touching our house. Then we get a gift card for our nightmare, and were told we could apply it to our homeDepot charge we took out for the windows. But of course when we go to pay and use said GiftCard we are told it can not be used to pay down our charge. This is the first time in my life I've ever wanted to SUE someone meaning HomeDepot. ..... Stay far from them!!!

I got a phone call from Home Depot telling me that I had somehow contacted them for a bid for replacement windows. I replied that I needed replacement windows but that I had not contacted them specifically. He said that someone must have given him my name and got very pushy. I told him I really didn't want to deal with him and he got even pushier. At that point I figured, and quot;What the heck. An extra estimate couldn't hurt.and quot; Bottom line, his quote for 3 windows was almost $5000. I'm having 5 windows installed for $4000 from another, very reputable dealer. You would think you would get a good price from Home Depot, but they just use their name to contract out to another company who does the actual installation. Stay away from Home Depot for your windows and stick to a reputable company!

Everytime I go there I get done what must be done with help from the staff, great suggestions and many ways to save money on the projects that come up on a weekly basis.

SALES PERSON WAS WELL INFORMED, HELPFUL, and LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED AND HELPED ME FIND EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. HELPED ME PLACE MY ORDER AND GET OUT OF THERE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

FRIENDLY SERVICE. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT - LIGHT AND FAN. HAD TO RECALL FOR AMOUNT OF NOISE WHEN FAN WAS TURNED TO HIGH. SERVICE GUY MADE MINOR ADJUSTMENT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM.
