Gutter Repair and Replacement
The contractor who came out, didn't do things the right way, and we had to have them come back out. We shopped around and they were one of the best for price. Home depot themselves were pretty professional, the contractor they hired, not so much,.

Water Heater Service
Our old hot water heater sprang a leak. The staff was very helpful in helping us to select the right water heater to meet our needs - lots of showers in the morning so lots of hot water needed. The guy installed it in several hours and did a good job.

The quality of the carpet was fine and the installer did a fairly good job. However, he broke the bathroom stool in the installation process. Home Depot would not replace the broken stool. The installer paid for it out of his own pocket.

The door was supposed to have been a standard sized door. When they got there it wasn't. They had to order another door because they didn't have any more of what I wanted in stock.

In less than a month after installation, the door began to fade. When I contacted Home Depot they said that is what happens with this particular door if it faces south. They refused to replace the door.

Carpet Installation
THE PEOPLE MEASURING DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE A GOOD HANDLE ON HOW TO MEASURE. THEY TOOK TWO HOURS TO MEASURE ONE SMALL ROOM. THE INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB. OVERALL I WAS PLEASED.

THEY HAD ALL OF THE PARTS WE NEEDED AND HELPED US FIND THEM IN THE STORE. THERE WAS A WIDE SELECTION AND THE PRICES SEEMED REASONABLE TO US (ALTHOUGH WE DID NOT DO ANY COMPARISON SHOPPING).
