We worked with Emily, who was outstanding with her attention to detail to help create the cabinet arrangement that fit our kitchen with all of the fun little details. I really love the drawers that pull all the way out, the rolling shelves, the spice rack and the mixer lift. We were lucky that the style we liked was on sale too!Unfortunately we did have to re-order one of the cabinets due to what appeared to be a puddle of varnish that ruined the finish (came to us this way). We purchased the Diamond line. We are very happy with the functionality of the cabinets, but mildly dissatisfied with the inconsistencies in the finish...although you need to look closely to find them and now that I have had the cabinets a while, it doesn't bother me as much. We also have a cabinet for the garbage and recycling. It doesn't seem to close as nicely as the others...it needs an extra push. At the recommendation of my contractor, I called Emily regarding this, and she has never returned my call.My only other remark is about the person who calls to obtain final payment on the cabinets (NOT Emily). I found her to be very pushy, calling me in the middle of my work day and requesting payment. When I explained that I was working, she replied and quot;We expect payment on the day that we calland quot;. I felt forced to provide my cc information then. I felt as if I was being treated like someone who had defaulted on a payment. It was not very pleasant to say the least. (I did share this with her).

The cabinet arrived damaged and the counter top was delivered as spec's written, but the spec's were written wrong and didn't indicate what we thought we had ordered. The cabinet was kitchen height and way to tall along with way to big. The toilet looked like a miniature in the small room. Discussion with designer about problems was unsuccessful. Discussion with owner of Home Ctr. was successful. He offered to replace counter top to our intended spec's free of charge and sent inspector to replace damaged cabinet pieces.

They were great at helping select the cabinets I wanted. They were punctual and even a little early on delivery of some items. They really stand behind their products and follow through with any issues you may have.
