THE MORTGAGE CONSULTANT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE MADE SURE THAT I WAS AWARE OF ALL THE FINANCING PROGRAMS THAT WERE AVAILABLE TO ME. SHE ALSO MADE SURE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTOOD THE TECHNICAL JARGON IN THE CONTRACT. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS PROFESSIONAL.
