Highlands Renovation

It is a sole proprietorship and I can?t speak highly enough of him. He is a highly skilled craftsman. He is serving as our general contractor but he knows how to do, and does, all kinds of work, except that he is not an electrician or a plumber. He is highly particular, and every thing that he has brought in has been of top quality. He has a really good eye, and treats your house like it was his house. So when he sees a problem or something that he doesn?t like or wouldn?t be happy with, he calls and either talks with us about it or overrides everything and says that that piece of work needs to be redone. We are on a short timetable and he is doing an incredibly major job for us in a very short time, by bringing in lots of different trades and scheduling them all, such that it seems like they are working round the clock. The work has been beautifully done, and it is extremely affordable. I think he is probably one of the most honest people that I have come across. He is creative and has solved a lot of problems that have come up when working with an old house. He is the best contractor that we have used, and the most reasonably priced one at that.
