+ -1 moreAfter a 5-week road trip, my windshield was chipped in several places. I filled out my insurance request online, specifying Hi-Tek, and they called me that afternoon to set up an appointment. A technician arrived on time, and did the removal and installation professionally and quickly. I'm very please with their work, and will use them next time I need new glass on my car.
Description of Work: This is my second review for Hi-Tek - they replaced a windshield for me several years ago. I needed the same service this time.

+ -1 moreHi-Tek was very responsive. The technician worked around my schedule and performed the work on my car in the parking lot of the company where I work. The job was excellent. There were no gaps between the windshield and the rubber seal, no bulges in the seal. Great job.
Description of Work: Replaced the windshield in my Subaru Outback wagon.
